The International Stakeholder Consultation on “Caregiving and Long-Term Care Law in India: Towards a Legal Framework for Care” concluded at National Law University Jodhpur, with meaningful deliberations on caregiver recognition, elder rights, policy, social protection, technology, and long-term care.
With participation from WHO South-East Asia Regional Office (WHO SEARO), Caregivers Asha Society, and leading national and international experts, the consultation marks an important step towards building a comprehensive legal framework for care in India.
