National Law University, Jodhpur successfully organised a three-day Faculty Development Programme titled “Advancing Legal Education and Institutional Responsibility: Assessment Design, Legal Writing and POSH Compliance” from 17 to 20 July 2026.
The programme featured insightful sessions by:
• Prof. S. P. Ketkar, Former Professor, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, on outcome mapping, question-paper setting, evaluation reform and the use of assessment data for academic improvement.
• Dr. Manoj Wagh, POSH Trainer, on preventive, procedural and remedial responsibilities under the POSH framework and the creation of safe, respectful and inclusive academic spaces.
• Prof. (Dr.) Paul Koster, Fulbright Specialist at NLU Jodhpur and Professor at Emory University School of Law, USA, on publishing in United States law journals, effective academic legal writing and pedagogical strategies for teaching legal writing.
