National Law University Jodhpur (NLUJ) commenced its five-day Capacity Building Programme on Design Thinking and Well-being Leadership for officials from the Judiciary of Bhutan. The programme was presided over by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, who emphasised adaptive leadership, innovation, and well-being in justice delivery systems. Hon’ble Justice Chimi Dorji Shartsho, Registrar General of the High Court of Bhutan, delivered the Special Address, highlighting the importance of well-being leadership and structured problem-solving in strengthening institutional effectiveness and public trust.
