Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (JIPS) announce the publication of Volume IX, Issue 2

The Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (JIPS), National Law University, Jodhpur, is pleased to announce the publication of Volume IX, Issue 2, now available here.

This issue continues JIPS’ commitment to fostering high-quality academic discourse and advancing research in the field of Intellectual Property Law. The University extends its heartfelt appreciation to all the contributing authors for their insightful work and congratulates the Editorial Board for their dedication and scholarly excellence. We would also like this issue to late Mr. Shashwat Shukla, who continues to inspire and motivate us.
