The Moot Court Committee of National Law University, Jodhpur takes immense pride in announcing the latest edition of the NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition, a premier platform fostering advocacy skills and in-depth understanding of competition law. Since its inception in 2010, the Competition has successfully established itself as one of the most sought-after moot court competitions in India, attracting participation from over forty law schools in its previous edition.
Associated Partners
This year, the Competition is being organized in association with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advocates & Solicitors, the Competition Commission of India, and SCC Online and Eastern Book Company as Knowledge & Research Partners. Their continued patronage enhances the academic rigor of the Competition, ensuring a robust and comprehensive legal discourse.
With the advent of the Competition Act, 2002, Competition Law has emerged as a crucial and evolving branch of legal practice in India. We are also privileged to continue our association with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), which has always extended its support and trust in this Competition and the University.
