After the previous two successful editions of National Seminar on Constitutionalism in Contemporary Times, the Constitutional Law Society and the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the National Law University, Jodhpur are delighted to announce the third edition of the Seminar that will be held on September 7, 2024. Justice Ravindra Bhat, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India shall be the Chief Guest for the event. The Seminar shall host several constitutional law experts from the leading legal institutions in India who shall assess paper presentations that cover a range of contemporary areas in Constitutional law. The experts will thereafter contribute their ideas on a panel discussion on the theme Constitutionalism in the digital era.
