The Research Centre on Transactional Law (RECENTLAW) is a unique and pioneering research initiative by the NLU, Jodhpur amongst the leading Indian Law Schools for exploring contemporary imperatives relating to transactional law and practice, a vital area appertaining to Business Law. The Centre’s endeavours are intended to benefit the University as well as the legal cognoscenti outside through a spectrum of unilateral and collaborative initiatives.
