IPR Awareness / Outreach/ Sensitization Activities: |

| One of the important objectives of IPR Chair is to create awareness about IPR in various sectors of the society. The University has conducted Intellectual Property awareness programmes for various colleges and institutions in Rajasthan since 2003 with Department of Science and technology, Government of Rajasthan. |
| We organize IPR awareness program encompassing a large spectrum of stakeholders which is depicted as follows: |
- IPR Awareness Program for school students of western Rajasthan
- IPR Awareness program for College students of western Rajasthan
- IPR Sensitization Program for Universities and central and state research institutes of western Rajasthan (specially in Jodhpur district)
- IPR Outreach program for local village community of western Rajasthan
- IPR Awareness program for Industries of western Rajasthan
- IPR Outreach program for general masses by newspaper and magazines

Organizing Conference/Workshops/Brain Storming Sessions on IPR related issues: |

| We propose to conduct conferences /workshops/seminars/brainstorming sessions on IPR related issues with special emphasis on Creation of Traditional Knowledge Digital Data Base of western Rajasthan. We also propose to design, organize and implement one–week specific training workshops on Intellectual Property and on the Enforcement on intellectual Property Rights. We also propose to prepare concept papers and working papers on intellectual property issues and allow debates on such papers and create an environment for intellectual Property rights related thinking and research. |
