  Endowment Chair of Ministry of Human Resources Development on Intellectual Property Rights:
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has recently instituted the Chair on Intellectual Property Rights at the National Law University, Jodhpur during the 11th Five Year Plan to promote teaching and research in Intellectual Property Rights.  The Chair has been established under the scheme of Intellectual Property Education, Research and Public Outreach. Core functional areas under this chair includes compilation of traditional knowledge especially practiced in rural areas of Rajasthan State, organization of IPR sensitization programs, workshops, conferences, roundtables, training programs encompassing the wide spectrum of Intellectual Property Right issues.

A committee is constituted for the management of IPR Chair granted by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The formulation of the committee is as follows:
