Centre for Human Resources Management Initiatives and Industrial Relations Studies has been constituted in order to carry out intensive research on current issues relating to Human Resources Management Initiatives in India and abroad. The Centre would involve in developing an interdisciplinary approach. The focus of the research would be to appreciate the interface of various provisions of law, business and employment related issues. The centre will be dedicated to undertake various studies in specific areas relating to employment and non-employment at national and international scenario.The Centre proposes to undertake a number of projects such that it would add fresh knowledge, enrich scholarly understanding and would work as a platform to develop knowledge base for a competitive advantage in the discipline of Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. Centre would be instrumental in disseminating information about the HR and IR related issues to various target groups in the society. The services rendered by the Centre will be an attempt to consolidate the current research at the Centre and to offer customized workshops, training programmes and develop literature and data to carry out extensive research.
