One of the prime areas of work of the center is legal advice. We provide legal advice on a pro bono basis i.e. free of cost. People approach the center during legal aid camps with their problems. We help them in finding solutions to their legal problems. Currently, the Centre is providing: -
Legal opinion and guidance, to persons who visit the Centre.
Guidance to the prospective litigants to the procedure for pre-litigation settlement, with special emphasis on Para Legal Clinic, Lok Adalat and Arbitration Etc. |
