Dr. Archi Mathur, M.Sc., M.B.A., Ph.D. She is an Associate Professor. She specializes in Marketing Management and Strategic Management. She has taught a wide range of management topics from the basic subjects like Principles of Management and Organisational Behaviour to the core specialized topics of marketing like Marketing Management, Service Marketing, Advertising & Sales Promotion. Her basket of teaching also involves diverse subjects like Operational Research, Business Communication, Sales & Distribution Management, Business Communication, Business Environment, Strategic Management and Retail Management. She is a postgraduate in Chemistry and Management and has qualified the National Eligibility Test. She also has a diploma in International Trade Management and her doctoral work is on the emerging trends in advertising in relation to Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Currently, she is holding the office of The Controller of Examination. She has also undertaken other administrative responsibilities. She is also being invited by various institutions to deliver lectures on fundamental educational concepts like student handling, non-verbal communication, art of speaking and so on.

Mr. Shyam Krishan Kaushik (Law)

Shri S K Kaushik holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Delhi University. He is the Assistant Dean (Faculty of Law) and also Executive Director of the Centre for Legal Theory at the National Law Uni-versity Jodhpur. He teaches and writes in the field of Jurisprudence, Family Laws, Interpretation of Statutes, Commercial Transactions and Contracts. In particular he writes and speaks on the issues of Sovereignty, Rights, Moral Responsibility, Selfhood etc. His favoured area of research is Vedic Hindu philosophies on which he very often relies to compare and analyse the western jurisprudential ideas. He regularly speaks on these issues at National and International conferences. His published work includes books on Interpretation of Statutes, Sale of Goods and Trusts & Charities. He has been teaching law for eighteen years and his experience includes teaching at Delhi University and the Indian Law Institute.

Ms. Gargi Chakrabarti is Associate Professor in Faculty of Law. She holds B.Sc. and LL.B. from University of Calcutta and LL.M. in International and Comparative Intellectual Property Law from London Metropolitan University, London, UK in 2007. She is awarded her M.Phil. in Intellectual Property Law in 2011 from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and now she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She has more than five years teaching experience in India and UK; she has more than two years research experience in MHRD Chair on IPR, National Law School, Bangalore; her arena of teaching and research includes Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, Environment Law and Cyber Law. She has organised, participated and presented papers in several national and international conferences including International Conference on Management of Intellectual Property Rights and Strategy MIPS 2012 and 9th & 10th ASLI Annual Conference. She has written 11 Units of course content on International and Comparative IP Law, Advanced IP Issues and Farmers’ Rights for Masters in Intellectual Property Law (MIPL) of Indira Gandhi National Open University, India in collaboration with Queensland University, Australia; also written Unit of Trademark and GI for the course of PGDIPR, National Law School India University, Bangalore. She also has books (Chapters) published by national and international publishers. She is an active Member of group of Indian and international IP teachers, participated in Workshop for Innovations in Indian IP Teaching and Research, and working for innovation in IP teaching in India.

Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh is working as Associate Professor. He is postgraduate in law from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has professional experience as lawyer of two years. He has attended workshops and conferences at various levels in relation to IPR and Taxation. His area of interest is Taxation and commercial Laws. He is Executive Director, Centre for Tax Laws. Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh has done his doctorate (PhD) from National Law University on the topic “Double Taxation: Problem & Prospects (A study with special reference to Permanent Establishment)". He has headed and worked diligently as a member of various functional committees at the university.
