Centre for Studies in Capital Market
Proposed Activities during the ensuing semester (January-May’ 2012):

1. Prominent scholars in the area of capital market have been contacted and have agreed to be with us for delivering lectures and conducting workshops.
2. Distinguished speakers would include:

              (a)  Shri Vallabh Bhansali, Chairman, ENAM Group
              (b)  Shri Anand Rathi, Chairman, Anand Rathi Securities
              (c)  Shri D.D. Sharma, Financial Analyst
              (d)  Shri S.P. Tulsian, Equity Research Analyst
(Mr. Tulsian & Mr. D.D. Sharma are regularly appearing on capital market channels and their views are very much respected in capital market circles)
              (e)  Mr. Anant Barua, Executive Director, SEBI

1. Shri D.R. Mehta is working on organizing a workshop on ‘capital market’ operations and is in the process of contacting various functionaries to participate in the workshop.
2. On Saturdays, once in a month seminars would be organized on capital market operations with the help of local financial advisers like Suresh Rathi Securities, 9 Star Broking House and Share Khan Broking firm. Earlier also, such seminars were organized by the Centre.
