Centre for Human Resources Initiatives and Industrial Relations Studies (CHRIIRS)
The Centre has been established to carry out intense research on related issues on Human Resources Management and their interface with labour and industrial management. The research was proposed in the form of select papers to be presented and published, development of working group papers, organization of focussed seminars and workshops. Currently, the Centre is working on further explorative efforts in the interdisciplinary areas like Employment Contracts, Cross Culture HR Practices in MNCs, Change Management.
