Centre for Human Rights of Children and Institutional Law Development (CHILD)

The National Law University, Jodhpur advocates for greater societal consciousness to provide basic protection afforded in various legal instruments, viz., the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of child, The Juvenil Justice Act and Protection under the Constitution of India. The mission of CHILD is to institutionalize human rights in civil society within the Indian context actively engaged with civil society and state to realize the ultimate aim-dignity, respect, protection and development of every child.
