Centre for Human Rights Education and Research (CHEAR) is an innovative endeavor aiming at the accomplishment of multi dimensional objectives in holistic manner to the Human Rights Education and creation of Human Rights conscience. The aim of the centre is to develop a liaison with various Non Governmental Organizations working at grass root level with various issues relating to the Human Rights Enforcement. CHEAR has established interrelationships with reputed NGOs like "Amnesty International India"; "Global Rights: Partners for Justice," State functionaries like "Border Security Force, India" and organized a number of meaningful workshops taking into account the human rights needs at different levels.
The Center has organized various sensitization programs and other activities to establish interaction between State functionaries and cross sections of Society. In furtherance of this success CHEAR looks forward promisingly to work in close association in more wider perspective to fulfill its aims and objectives.
